By placing an order on this website you hereby agree to the following terms:
SHIPPING
Shipping of orders is currently restricted to residences within the continental United States.
All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground unless a faster method is specified at checkout. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure that you list a valid street address for delivery. Shipping charges are calculated by UPS and are for delivery only. A $2.00 processing fee will apply to each order to help defray the cost of shipping containers and packing material.
Delivery can normally be expected within 7 - 10 business days.
We make every attempt to ship your package within 48 hours of receipt of payment, Monday - Friday.
We will notify you of any back orders as quickly as possible and provide an estimated ship date. Items that are ordered at the same time are not always shipped together due to product availability.
RETURNS
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.
All merchandise is guaranteed for 90 DAYS from original date of purchase. We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received. Your must use the Contact page to request a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) prior to returning the item. The returned package should include a copy of the RMA and a note explaining the problem. Please make sure that the appropriate "return shipping address" is included in the package. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
